Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to certain parts of the foot to produce effects elsewhere in the body.  Releasing these specific points in the feet stimulates energy and releases blockages in specific areas that cause pain or illness.  Beginning with a warm foot soak, and transitioning to a heated table for the session, reflexology will relax you and send you off into a state of bliss you never knew was possible.

Prenatal Massage is so important to the health and wellness of a mother-to-be.  In a prenatal massage we use relaxation techniques to deeply relax the mother-to-be, relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy, and help give new mom's space to let go and find a place of peace both mentally and physically.  With the use of multiple pillows and positioning the body in the way's that are most comfortable for each individual, we are able to create a sanctuary for pregnant women to relax and unwind, benefiting both mom and baby.

Ashiatsu is an ancient form of massage done with the soles of the feet for broader, deeper pressure. Ashiatsu is performed with the therapist standing on the table using bars to balance and support weight. This technique provides a healing massage that gives deep muscular release with broader pressure to work into those muscles and tissues often with less pain.
