With ten years of experience as a Massage Therapist and as a dedicated healer who cares deeply about you as a client, I feel a strong sense of passion for sharing my knowledge of bodywork and massage therapy. By listening to your needs and with an intuitive touch, I integrate many different massage modalities to customize a session built around your body and how to best serve you. I use the term therapeutic to emphasize that my goal is to profoundly affect your physical state using modalities that work for your body and your healing. With each specialized session, my hope is to bring positive changes physically and mentally to your life, help you to live stress and pain free, connect your body, mind and spirit, and help your body to achieve its most optimal physical state it can for you to live your life as your most fulfilled self.

I grew up in Maine with one foot into the massage therapy and wellness world already. My father was a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I grew up in Maine with one foot into the massage therapy and wellness world already. My father was a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I began seeing a chiropractor at the age of four, and an acupuncturist by the age of twelve. As a young girl, I loved giving massages and would even give the receptionist at the chiropractor's a shoulder massage every time we came in. She would call me her "Little Hands". I graduated from Spa Tech Institute for Therapeutic and Holistic Massage Therapy as well as Polarity Therapy in 2011. I have worked at various establishments such as Hidden Pond Tree Spa, Cottage Breeze Day Spa, Oasis Wellness Partners, Soakology Massage Sanctuary and Tea House, and various others before opening Deeply Rooted Massage & Wellness with the dream of helping you achieve your overall wellness goals and live a more relaxed and pain free lifestyle. When I am not massaging, I am teaching yoga at The Daily Sweat in Kennebunk, or at home with my two loveable children and my very supportive husband.
